      Pros

      Nice HR policies, work life balance is good, nice and flexible work timing, cheap transportation and food, inter project transfers.

      Cons

      Slow career growth, middle management is fat (35-45 years). Less salary compared to peers, lots of regional politics, almost no onsite opportunities, you might end up working on same technology for years. Degraded over time in the quality of work being outsourced to india from Germany.

      Pros

      Work life balance, good food and transport, awesome culture to interact with different teams, work is good, even if you not like the project can have opertunities of switching between teams, good company to settle down

      Cons

      No or less onsite opportunities, lots of internal politics, you cant even know on what terms your performance is measured. Currently healthcare units are being sold. By careful before joining to healthcare division

      Innovation and research possible if you work here. The job can be quite interesting. You get to work with state of the art technologies. Environment friendly and informal. It's possible to get a salary a little over the average. Senior management is often young and dynamic. There is a lot to learn if you are at the beginning of your career. Partnership with major companies, like IBM, HP etc gives possibilities to widen you horizon

      Cons

      Plenty of traveling You work often alone and must be autonomous.
