Pros

Nothing, this company does not have a plus at all

Cons

If you are a willing to make money and to decline your dignity, apply to Atos. Company oriented to work with monkies, not human people.

Pros

Flexible timings and looks like corporate thats it. Good infrastructure.

Cons

Cons list - 1. No new technologies to work on, still work in .net legacy code. No efforts to improve coding standards. 2. Recruiting employees with knowledge on latest technologies and forcing them to work on their age old projects mostly copy paste of existing projects. 3. Very unprofessional environment. People shout like in a fish market at times. IT work desks requires a bit of less noisy environment. 4. Your status depends on your seniors or team leads. Even team leads are of old mentality. They Don't wanna new people do good there. No opportunities to share your ideas and techniques. 5. Less chances of getting to the senior level as there are people already pinned their flags in the positions. 6. Appraisals are just for name sake. 7. Lots of favoritism and bias from your team seniors. 8. Pay less. 9. You won't learn a single new thing over here in fact there are chances you'll forget good development standards. It's a total mess over here. Keep yourself away from for better.

Pros

I can't think of a single "pro".

Cons

Leave policy changed and Xerox seniority wiped out with takeover of Xerox ITO. It now takes TEN years to earn an extra week of leave. No raises, Ever. Forget promotion. Matching for 401k does not occur until December, so that they can lay you off before then and save $0.25. Be sure to suck up to the right people or you will be gone. You will be micromanaged to death by incompetent managers, who could care less about you as a person. They just cancelled any and all travel and started laying off people so they can make their quarterly numbers. WORST. COMPANY. EVER! Even worse than Xerox, if you can believe it.
