      It used to be a great place to work, filled with decent, professional people. Not anymore.

      Cons

      Layoffs happen regularly, both weekly and monthly, creating constant instability. Managerial promotions are given based on favoritism rather than performance. Awards and top positions are reserved for a chosen few, leaving talent overlooked. Decision-making is opaque, with little transparency or accountability. Employee feedback is ignored, leading to widespread frustration and low morale. Internal communication is poor, causing confusion and misinformation. High-performing employees are often undervalued, while underperformers are protected. Opportunities for growth and development are limited and unevenly distributed.
