Pros

* One of the very few company in France who has large scale projects & websites (millions users) having an impact on many people, probably including yourself * One of the very few consulting company who has fully sedentary offices. All projects are done from there. (You will NEVER be relocated to clients offices contrary to all the sh**** SSII who sends you whenever wherever they please or fire you right away) * Generally nice offices (though there are a few crowded & noisy open spaces, wish you don't end up there) * Projects with (potentially) lots of technical challenges: Scalability, Performances, Reliability * Projects with (potentially) some interesting things on the business side: clients needs, use cases, industry specifics, business practices, etc.. * My manager was top-notch. (Your mileage may vary. Managers might be okay in average and there are definitely some good ones.) * Had a very good internship subject (Your mileage may vary), awesome topic, epic results, fully autonomous, many resources at my disposal. (Even google wouldn't have got me better) * Good salary for interns (SMIC) * Good perks, CE, restaurant * Mostly nice & friendly coworkers

Cons

* A very good company for internships (i'd recommend)... not so much for full time employment (just my general feeling) * Salary is low-middle range for full time employees (or low-low if they don't recognize your school) * Manager quality, project interest and schedules may vary a lot from team to team * Some interns turns out to be incompetent idiots who slow everyone down and can't make a damn thing, let alone a hello world. Company should have some basic screening. (as a side note: be reassured that the bad interns NEVER receive a job offer at the end and NEVER join the company) * I cannot bear the employees who tell me that unit-test are overrated and that it's useless to write specifications. Also NO, it's NOT normal that when you check out the project from SVN it has error in eclipse and it can't compile in one click.

Pros

It is not bad for a start, have a decent training program set up in Pune. Try a lot of COE research. Lot of onsite opportunities usually given for those who look for it.

Cons

Selfish employees and have a very closed environment of work especially in the Bangalore office.
