1. Your manager has the capacity to ruin your career if they doesn't like your face! 2. HR people are perpetually on leave or work for the managers not for the resources. 3. It's like an evil empire where the management is always scheming to destroy your career, rather than concentrating to get business , expanding reach , talent retention and grooming resources. 4. Employees have been hit by HR and traumatized by managers to the point of nervous break down. Google if you want to know more 5. No growth opportunities at all , but if you plan to destroy your career you are welcome to join. 6. People with 17- 18 years experience are stagnating and no emphasis on scalability is given. They should be asked to leave to clean the mess. 7. It's a endless chain of self fulfilling chain of ego boosting for people who nobody else will hire. 8. if you are good , please leave as early as you can, before your manager starts to hate you and decides to play I will hunt you down . They go to the extent of bad mouthing you , making sure you get no other projects, and then work behind your back to destroy your professional career.
