Pros

National reach, company has positions all over the United States so relocating within the company would seem feasible if you wanted to.

Cons

Management is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Employees are treated like robots instead of humans with unreasonable expectations, disrespect and disregard. No room for advancement in position, no room for salary raises. Everything HR related is a complete failure, for example: Health Benefits package is terrible, Payroll failed to pay half of all their employees partially or in full, 401k "was not fed by HR" (couldn't enroll), PTO was not allowed to roll over or payout and management would not approve it so we all lost our PTO... Weekly technical failures: Intranet, Self HR, Time card entry, email, etc. Technical issues are not fixed timely, always get the same response: "There is no estimated ETR (Estimated Time Repair / Return)" Technical support is terrible, calls to help desk result in foreigners assigning tickets that are never completed, never get a call back, no response and no solution to issues. HR support is non-existant, phone calls for help result in being put on hold for 10 mins, then forced to leave a message and disconnected, message is never returned.
