      Pros

      One can enjoy Work life balance and provides job security

      Cons

      No professional and personal growth you will achieve in this company.No focus on emerging technologies.Almost no onsite opportunities are available.Salary is not up to the market standards. Technical competency is poor . Lot of internal politics at management level.Managers don't know how to handle a project team and to represent it.Silent workers are not appreciated , if you have to survive in this company , you need to do politics else you will be not be able to survive. Not suitable for the either fresher or an experience person.If you have no other option then only join this company.

      Salary and Compensation policy is good for quality resources.

      Cons

      No plans for SAP in Kolkatalocation. In fact already going projects moved to Mumbai.
