      salary is the only downside, otherwise perfect job :)

      Salary MNC Environment Varied technology and domains Relocation benefits and travel allowances

      Cons

      Freshers are not assigned where they are interested. Very difficult to change technologies. No proper standards for promotion. Have seen software engineers since joining to 4 years of work at same level.

      Pros

      Work from home gives lots of flexibility. My superiors believed and valued my expertise. Managed services are growing and ATOS is willing new contracts.

      Cons

      The isolation of working from home full time was not for me. The work from home culture is from the Legacy Siemens company, so some ATOS executives are still trying to adjust to it.
