      Pros

      Varied work, can be intense. Great for one who wants to get into consulting and learn the ropes. Has a number of senior consultants who are very willing to help and pass on their wealth of experience

      Cons

      As with any consultancy you need to make your mark quickly or end up spending a lot of time on the bench. Not too many big named clients Learning and development is a bit haphazard

      Highly flexible work environment, gives lot of importance to employee's work life balance and a healthy work atmosphere that helps employee to deliver his or her best followed by good rewards and recognition schemes

      Support functions like HR, Admin are bit red tapish at times and give priority to their so called processes over employee welfare
