      On site opportunities Company policies Some good people at the top level Looks to provide flexibility to staff

      Cons

      No good on site locations May or may not apply company policies, it is on case to case bases Most of the top level people needs to look at each level than just get feedback from 1 level down Flexibility provided to people who are considered as non productive. Actual working people are not given any benefits.

      - Work From Home - Good Infrastructure - Training, Meeting Rooms, Cafeteria

      Cons

      - Pathetic Support Departments - IT Helpdesk, HR, Admin, Finnance, Transport ... Sab bhagwan bharose! - No process at all. Bosss is always right. You cannot challenge your seniors. - Boss treat their subordinates are slaves. Language used is unprofessional.

      Work Life balance is good, the company has good policies like work from home and car on hire policy for employees at lower bands as well, which does help in saving tax

      Cons

      Lot of follow ups required to get your work done internally. Increments are very low. Projects are usually support based. Switch from Support based projects to Implementation/rollout not possible (incase of SAP
