      Pros

      Excellent people, challenging projects, everyone is allowed to be part of the solution. Senior management is accessible and open to contact from all levels of staff.

      Cons

      Expectations for contract margins were unrealistic. Training was non-existent and morale was not considered a factor. Staff compensation model was untenable and benefits package was minimal at best.

      Pros

      Good working environment, Positive leadership. Work from home policies are good

      Cons

      No foresight, just running on whatever they have. Looking for new projects and getting them is never happening. Management is happy with few larger giant projects and not concentrating on long term projects.

      Pros

      I love the fact it is multinational company with offices & colleagues across the globe. I got chance to work in few locations in UK and worked at Belgium office with colleagues from different countries. Would have been good to work few months more on project and get chance to work on another different location. This way you learn more about company and its operations in various parts of the world under that countries laws etc. My colleagues and managers have always been very helpful and have supported me in learning and developing my career. Employees are given flexi-time to manage their personal life as well when needed (GP appointments or any other personal reason). Overall, I am happy at Atos.

      Cons

      The only part is that the salary could have been better. Training is getting better in my area of work (MI Analysis)
