- Old technologies on most of the projects (only the new ones use newer techonologies)
- Career path (promotion): There was a realy pain process, a false hope for promotion (the management decides it before you talk about it with them). Even if you are getting promoted your salary will increase with almost nothing.
- Continuously postponed bonus payment with a really bad communication (from Vijay as well)
- People were getting fired from one moment to the next if they didn't come out well with the management.
- People who close to the management (e.g.: they were invited to the Budapest Office manager's birthday party) were under protection.
- The management lie to the employees (about ATOS, about bonus payments, about salary increase, about your future at the company...).
- No trust: There are people who report about other people to the management.
- No possibilites for training
- Unpaid overtime
- Not working and over administrated processes
