      Low wages for high turnover

      Nothing. It was absolute chaos.

      Cons

      I was being paid 20 dollars an hour as an Epic IT analyst; I have a Bachelor's degree in IT followed by three years of work experience. Their HR promised a high salary that matches my regional epic analyst salary after certification; nothing of that sort happened. They overwork you, expect on-call duties, for a terrible hourly rate. Many people I started with did not get certified, and there is a HIGH turnover rate. Management changes every month. There is no stability.

      The only bonus is the team that you work with are great

      Cons

      No promotion unless you are the correct fit for your practice, if you are on a low rate and Atos can charge you out for a higher rate, then you have no chance of promotion as it gives them a great bottom line and profit margin. Successful deliveries which are highly praised by client (who are very public), is not returned in acknowledgment by the company.

      Contract staff got paid more than company staff, which caused some irritation so this is actually a con

      Cons

      The managers made decisions based on who they liked. They also talked about support staff behind their backs in very derogatory terms. The staff turn over was phenomenal.
