      Pros

      Joined Atos as a fresher ... was lucky 2 get into Worldline as it is the only dept. in atos which gives client bonus. Have a good team, people are very helpful,team outings are there.Management is mainly concerned with work and not with how many hours you are spending in office

      Cons

      Pay is 2 less .They don't increase the package of their current employees but will recruit from outside at high packages. In my view HR of the company thinks they own this company and they like 2 harass employees instead of helping them.

      Good benefits If you have the right lead you can learn a lot

      High turnover rate, only a few employees there longer than a year and a half Inexperienced and inconsistent management Microsoft dictates to Atos because Atos is a contractor whose contract is up in 2014 Colo 3 is a nightmare due to design flaws

      Pros

      About the only thing positive is you don't have to drive into an office in most of the roles since most people are part of multiple virtual teams and work remotely from home.

      Cons

      Although you get to work from home, it is expected that you will work around the clock for no additional compensation. I was once asked why I didn't respond to an e-mail that was sent at 7:45 PM. There is no work/life balance. The CEO states in every company meeting that he wants to make Atos a "great place to work" but I never saw anything that would indicate that management was serious about this statement.
