      Pros

      Great company to start the career ! You can learn a lot if you're ready to put the necessary efforts. Coworkers are great and most of them are ready to teach you what you need to know about the payment industry ! The skills you'll learn there will help you negociate a nice position and salary after few years. Finally the company use a lot of open source and new IT technologies. Remote working 2 days a week.

      Cons

      Management change every 6 months + Very short term vision... As junior your salary and level will not increase much and you'll see a lot of older people with no experience in the payment industry getting hired at level 12 (car + good salary)...

      Atos is very flexible place to work at. I have a very relaxed line manager. It is not a stressful job. hence it is good if you have a family,

      Cons

      you are not challenged at all, the job is very boring and not interesting, there is no career prospective, the overall environment is depressing, you don not feel motivated. ti is full of procedures for everything.
