      Pros

      Friendly colleagues. Located in tpy which is quite convenient for alot of ppl. Cheap vending machine at pantry. No more good thing about this company unfortunately.

      Cons

      Lots of hidden politics Does not treasure long term staffs Bad benefits Bad pay No proper training. If you want to learn good practice of coding, do not join as this company does not have this practice. No proper induction. Alot of cost cutting.

      Pros

      I have worked for Atos for many years. The strongest asset they have is their wonderful employees that are my peers. Without them the company would be nothing.

      Cons

      Since Atos does not manufacture a product their people are their best assets. Top management needs to have strong visions to cadcade to their people to act upon.

      Pros

      If I really have to mention something : car and group insurrance. but every other employer offers that so it's nothing significant

      Cons

      Most of it : pressure, no work life balance, noteam/or groep very individual and no 'working atmosphere', worst of all : management replacement strategy by < 30years old which creates an enormous 'you're not worth it' as cost are more important then the individual; no alternative salary options, ....
