Pros
Generally people are nice and it’s easy to make friends. If you are studying towards your professionally qualification, being remote helps.
Cons
- poor management - lack of training from a graduate perspective - high expectations and pressure - micromanagement - high turnover - remote working can be hard at times - business outlook is not the best as they are looking to cut costs fast and in unreasonable ways - million makers is a poorly run incentive and is misleading. - I personally felt like I was thrown across the business to who ever needed help - work can feel boring as you are not learning. - salary is very low
