      New senior and mid level management needed for NA

      ATOS Global CEO Thierry Breton is great!

      Cons

      Breton's thinking doesn't seem to trickle down well to NA top management or middle management, most are not truly on board with his thinking and as a result produce sub par results and find terrible ways to cut back that affect employees and morale. Not a place for talent to flourish, once you are in don't expect any real salary increases, even with a promotion the company will not give more than 10%, North American top management has dinosaur thinking,

      Random 2nd rate consultancy who do whatever the customer wants even if requested to abuse employees

      Stupidity is rarely recognised and never punished

      Cons

      Cronyism rules, good people are not recognised. Head in the clouds executive and senior management. Inept, non-technical and bullying project management. Junior, box-ticking resource pool leads - pay peanuts and get monkeys.

      - Decent pay - Okay benefits - Definitely wanted and encouraged you to complete your work and leave in a timely manner.

      Cons

      - middle and senior management completely inept - Refusal to move people after repeated requests - Severe disciplinary actions for minor infractions - They promise the world to clients and lean on the lowest rungs to accomplish this.
