Atos reviews

I turned in my letter of resignation after 4 days at Atos. The "automated onboarding system" is either way behind the times or it is an intentional hazing process to see who will persevere. After 20 hours spent on the system and getting maybe 30 minutes worth of actual work done that was it - I do not want to work at Atos. Support is minimal. It all seems to be outsourced to a company that further outsources tasks. Support tickets are addressed 72 hours later in my experience. Equipment is substandard.

After not getting a pay-raise for six or more years, there's not much more one can say. Benefits stink - very high deductible, higher than most. The North America CEO kept saying (for over four years) that out of all of Atos, the North America business units are always in the red, losing money, but the rest of Atos (France, Europe, Asia, etc) are the only ones making money. Therefore, the Atos North American Operations cannot justify giving us all pay raises, Rest assured, better times are just around the corner, but everyone must take periodic unpaid days of work or furloughs to help us get over this bad situation. Instead of North America being positive 5% +, we're only 1.5%+, so profits are not as much as expected. Therefore, *we* all need to sacrifice. Translation - our executive bonuses wont be as big this coming year, so for this year, no one in the supervisory level or below can get pay raises, your health care cost will go up 15% or higher, and you'll have to take 3-4 days (or more) of unpaid leave.
