      Atos -- graduate scheme

      Pros

      Started with Atos as a graduate and the experience was very rewarding. Get to meet a lot of people and network, the scheme allows you to chose what area you would like to be in, ability to move within the scheme if you can source other opportunities. The role after the scheme becomes permanent which not all graduate schemes offer.

      Cons

      Can definitely improve the training and development in the actual role. First 3 months I had to self-teach a lot of the technologies.

      depending on your level, you can gain international work experience, but this is truly few and far between.

      Cons

      Unless you are a senior manager, you will be treated as a necessary evil.

      THE BOSS of Atos has been awarded a £280,000 pay rise after his firm but we have to take time off without pay

      Pros

      Great as a first job for those with no training. No ability to advance even when jobs open at your location.

      Cons

      North America was told to take 12 hours of unpaid time off to compensate losses occured in Europe and pay raises delayed till after July. Some of us have not had a raise in years as well as other have taken a pay reduction in past years.
