      1. Good place to gain knowledge and hands-on experience in IT. 2. Opportunities to earn multiple certifications, sometimes supported or recognized by other IT companies. 3. Exposure to large-scale projects that help build technical expertise.

      Cons

      1. Toxic leadership that thrives on fear, intimidation, and manipulation. 2. HR fails to protect employees, breaches confidentiality, and sides with bad management. 3. No accountability at the management level; favoritism and politics dominate. 4. Talented employees are leaving, while weaker performers are promoted into leadership. 5. Micromanagement and poor culture stifle growth and well-being. 6. High attrition rate, with many colleagues actively planning their exit. 7. No bonus for service desk agents. 8. Unfair handling of MPI payments — if you take doctor-approved medical leave, they deduct it from MPI. 9. You either gain knowledge in this company, or you lose the sanity of your physical and mental health. No real salary increments; even if there is one, it’s usually less than 2%.
