Pros

Not many to be honest, the teams are all great to work with but this doesnt include the managers.

Cons

Managers dont listen to team members, they have bans on everything, you cant travel to other sites to save the company money, you cant stay over unless you get the company you are visitng to pay for the hotel and travel costs. They claim poverty to staff and make people redundant then send out newsletters stating they made so many million in profit this quarter. KPI's are what matter for this company and if they dont show the right end figure then be expected to falsify the outcome for clients. All in all teams are great but management dont care about anything bar profit and making a name for themselves

I get paid every two weeks.

Where do I start...I was employed by a "real company" until being outsourced to Xerox and then we were sold off to Atos. Horrible Xerox management brought over to work with horrible Atos management. No redeeming values here. No raises or bonuses...ever! Don't ask for one and don't expect one. It's never going to happen, ever!!!! Stupid user profile that must be updated every six months. Nothing more then a way to waste people's time copying and pasting the same old info from the previous six months. It does not help with your career or anything else. They do not value employee's. You're just a tool, nothing more. You can exceed your SLA every month or have an awesome review, and it does not matter . They forced exempt people to take a furlough day because of failures by sales to make their goals. They stole unused sick time that had carried over from Xerox with only a two week warning to use it. They only match your 401k by 50% = 3% match up to your 6% and then only pay into it at the end of the year so you fail to reach your realized gains. They keep the gains you miss out on. I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

Great staff at middle and lower levels trying to make change.

Tone comes from the top here, the North American Operations of Atos is the old Xerox ITO organization. Xerox was one of the top 20 worst employers in the past rated by 24/7 Wall St. Furloughs this year to save stock price and margin goals, senior management promotions based on politics and not skill or comprehension of the client needs or service delivery. We have to meet sales goals above all else even quality and service delivery.
