If you work professional services and get a good project and good team it can be enjoyable.

Like most companies of its size it can be very grinding having to deal with the clutter that comes with bureaucratic process and overbearing management. Everything is all about margin and they will not hesitate to put that on their employees.. I was offered a 1% payrise during financially turbulent times. Bit of an insult.
