- Management is like a lottery, 70% of my managers (PMs/Appraisal managers) are terrible and always remind us "everyone can be replaced", but the other 30% are those that keep Atos going and really keep the people in the company.
- Restrictions over restrictions. You can barely do anything without a PISA ticket (in-company ticketing system for the support team, and time to resolve can be ranging anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 weeks to get a reply).
