      -Stable projects. -If you are lucky enough, you will be working for some of the biggest clients and on latest technologies. -Onsite opportunities

      Cons

      - As stated, most of the time you will be unlucky and will be working for some very old maintenance projects with very old technologies. The probability of working in such projects is more if you are a fresher. - Age old office politics prevalent in every Indian IT companies is present here in abundance. - Very poor yearly hike when compared to the competitors

      1. Irresponsible management 2. Managers and HR don't care for the employee even if they die, they only know how to destroy employee's career 3. Half of the company has Bcom and BMS graduates on IT profile with lack of computer knowledge 4. Only a donkey can join this company because it is not meant for normal employees
