Business Outlook
Pros
Laid back work culture. Atos is a company with a lot of business knowledge in a few domains across Europe. This allows people to work in different projects ranging from healthcare ,transportation to payment gateway facilities. As a result global methods apply to all and high standard of delivery is expected. Working and dealing with with professional teams from different countries is a plus.
Cons
Individual development is stunted. Resources for projects are not choosen in terms of their skills. Infact it was random. Complex processes spoil the charm of working in a company that follows a global set of rules.
