      Pros

      High responsibilities from the very beginning of a career. Very diverse subject whatever the position, Start-up spirit (something rare in a firm of its size) Young company (average age is relatively low), giving significant dynamism

      Cons

      Hours sometimes (often?) comparable to those of the IB, without the salary level Extremely complex governance, leading to sometimes contradictory and unclear decisions, and with a strong inertia Important problem for the development of employees: many possibilities for cross-functional development, but carried out without any support (sometimes leading to big problems). Vertical development is hardly encouraged there.
