Collaboration, open communication, companionship, friendly workforce and genuine career advice from almost everyone

Cons

Wfh makes people lazy to the point that they don`t wish to get to office to collaborate and communicate anymore. Work is becoming more and more autonomous and a gap in communication can be seen and felt.
