      Based on your experience, here is a summarized review in English. I would not recommend Astek Canada. The company seems to profit from expatriates with closed work permits, paying them far less than freelancers for the same work and benefits. Job security is non-existent; they will lay you off without hesitation if there is no new contract, ignoring your personal situation. The company's focus is solely on profit, with little regard for its employees. The high number of layoffs in early 2024 is a testament to this. Avoid this company at all costs.
