Nothing else than the salary which is higher compared to the one offered by the other contracting companies in the sorrounding area.
Cons
Is almost impossible to have your salary increased, even if you're working very hard. No way to improve your internal career, except if you're the best of lap dogs Total lack of a long term projects since they're relying on few local contracts with other bigger companies You're not allowed to grow your knowledges, lack of the culture to make your self more skilled to increase your appetibility for new customers/markets
