      avoid at any cost

      Pros

      for a first job, the salary is the only point.

      Cons

      After I started working for them, they become money consuming ghosts on the background. In reality they don't have any real projects or infrastructure of engineering at sophia. Its more a head hunter office with a permanent comission every month. No mission reviews, no tranings, all your efforts for an annulaly salary increase are dead. They are famous for illegal firings once the mission is over.

      Good starting salary Nice environment being in the south of France A very good follow-up from HR, easy to exchange and nice

      Cons

      No raise possible If something goes wrong with the client and you can't stay they have no back-up, they just let you go

      Nothing else than a good salary at the beginning (If u negotiate it well...)

      How to say... I could write a poem on them, but let's summarize: 1. Impossible to have a professional growth, no mission follow-up; they drop you to a client and forget about you. 2. No trainings 3. No salary increase. 4. A very minute clients' portfolio; it's basically impossible to change mission, they'll try to fire you instead of find you a new mission. 5. Last, but not least: you feel that this company is your enemy rather than your employer.
