      Body rental, they cares only to the money that they can gain from your work nothing more.

      Pros

      It could be a good starting point but not to stay too much time your career will be frozen as long as you stay there.

      Cons

      They don't care at all about you. You are sent to work as contractor for another company and that's all. NO salary increases, NO training, NO communication. They don't even answer to the mail that you send.

      Pros

      Administration Personnel department was doing a great job. They were always polite, with positive attitude, and fast in their replies.

      Cons

      Everything else. You better negotiate from the beginning everything you will need for the entire time that you will be with them. Not a chance to get anything from them. No is their default, favorite and only answer :)
