      Pros

      Apart from the salary which is not bad (but could be higher), the local manager brings a lot of stability and resiliance to the team despite the difficult work market, I appreciate her and working for this company

      Cons

      It has not been that easy last year with a lot of changes of missions, due to the difficult work market. It seems better now
