Pros
1. Good office culture 2. Relatively inexperienced people made to work on high-impact projects with blue-chip clients - an excellent place to build up one's experience 3. Decent salaries and perks by industry standards
Cons
1. Too much emphasis on the need to please the clients at all costs. The managers tend to boot-lick the clients and expect everyone else to do so. While the company is great for beginners wanting to build up their CVs, it can be quite frustrating if one is an experienced person.
