      Great place for beginners - Not for you if you are experienced.

      Pros

      1. Good office culture 2. Relatively inexperienced people made to work on high-impact projects with blue-chip clients - an excellent place to build up one's experience 3. Decent salaries and perks by industry standards

      Cons

      1. Too much emphasis on the need to please the clients at all costs. The managers tend to boot-lick the clients and expect everyone else to do so. While the company is great for beginners wanting to build up their CVs, it can be quite frustrating if one is an experienced person.

      Pros

      -Good office environment -Excellent supportive interactions between colleagues -Decent pay -Relatively inexperienced people get to work on cutting edge projects with blue chip clients. -Great place to build one's CV and gather experience.

      Cons

      -Poor career mobility, particularly for consultants -Some incompetent people have managed to get into top management. If you are unlucky enough to end up working with these people, expect to be treated unfairly. -A lot of good people at the senior level are either leaving the company or getting thrown out.
