      Pros

      People are from all Europe. Good opportunity know different culture and meet nice people. Good company for start (in UK), but not for long time stay.

      Cons

      In contract I has position Project Eng., but I never did this role. Reality does not meet expectation. People are changing position almost every 3 or 6 months. Big people fluctuation in company.

      Where do I even begin? It felt like working with psychopat director — bullying managers who had no idea how to lead, senior executives clueless about business development, and completely unrealistic growth expectations. The management culture was toxic beyond belief."

      Directors who lack basic skills in organizing teams, effective communication, conducting productive meetings, and coaching employees—relying instead on a 'do it because I say so' approach, without considering legal requirements or the broader impact.
