Pros
Nice people (generally) and flexible working hours.
Cons
Favoritism is rife throughout the firm. If you work in the right office and have regular contact with management, you stand a much better chance of progression, training etc. Seemed like only certain offices ever received training and others were not even informed it was happening. Same goes for career progression. Too many managers and not enough doers made getting anything done a challenge as there were long winded, over complicated processes in place, seemingly to justify management presence.
