This is an engineering consultancy in name only, it is a glorified agency, you are there to make money for the business with no training and development. Toxic culture across the business, even from HR who are meant to set an example to the rest of the business. A rudderless organisation from top to bottom, with no support from management.

The most appalling HR department. Driven by Inclusion, women In engineering (Which is great) but is higher priority than sorting out the department. New Leadership since 2022 barely made a difference. Complete disparity across same level of positions both salary and benefits. Current employees treated with poor t&c compared to new staff. Smoke and mirrors to deflect the issue. IT systems barely fit for purpose with no plan to fix. After multiple years despite having all the feedback required. Management is driven by financial greed rather than providing stable organisation. High staff turnover due to poor company management. Is in some areas a glorified recruitment agency, and doesn’t even do that well(not the people they are great) but the methods etc Brings in expats under false pretences with virtually no means to support them, without providing the full reality of moving to uk especially the cost of living, Visa’s etc. Managers are expected to do full hours embedded into a client, plus management roles on top with no additional benefits either in salary or other benefits.
