      Pros

      Good work ethics, professional, work life balance, oppurtunity to learn more, treat employee well. Provide snacks and discount in food. Good appraisal.

      Cons

      I colud find the main drawback is project fluctuation. Many projects dnt last longer. So exposure is reduced. Promotion is delayed.

      Pay was quite good for an intern Got to mix with Rolls-Royce people

      Cons

      They were not prepared for the 4 of us who were starting, there is no proper internship program unlike Rolls-Royce where they were given directions, we were just kind of dropped places
