      Pros

      Good oportunity for fresh students out of college, you can learn many new things about auto engineering, electrical engineering and all about a new job.

      Cons

      The starting salary is decent for a freshman employer; the working space is not so good, as you work in ex-sewing halls; if you're lucky you get decent colleagues.

      Pros

      Good stepping stone for younger engineers if your lucky. Ex RAF personnel are more looked after than anyone else.

      Cons

      Poor management of the company by the managers. . The answer to everything seems to be employ more managers but reduce the staff who work there. Mangers always seem to think they are always right when they are clearly not.
