      Nice people Opportunities to work on different projects (although it can take time and effort to do so) and abroad

      Cons

      Lack of direction at times. Takes time to start working on a project.

      Wide range of jobs - stress, design, project - if you push as a young engineer you can get those opportunities (both in UK and abroad)

      Cons

      Offices are not in the most glamourous of places, frequent travel to customer sites is typical on most projects
