      - Reasonably relaxed environment - Some very smart people - The multi discipline nature of the company is good for gaining experience in different areas and learning different packages

      Cons

      - Clueless senior management who seem firmly stuck in the past - There isn't a scrap of display of leadership from middle or senior management - very much "them and us" - Insane amounts of red tape, impossible to get anything done, basic provisions take weeks if not months to procure - Pay is relatively poor compared to competition

      Many career opportunities, also abroad. Multicultural environment with possibility to gather experience in big companies. Flexibility for students. Regular employment contract with paid holidays and 13th salary.

      Cons

      Few training programs. Small base salary and no paid extra working hours. No team buildings organized. Communication is average, almost lacking. Poor interest in employers' happiness. No performance bonuses. No talent investments.
