Great people but bad management

Pros

There are great, dedicated and kind people working for AP. Most of my colleagues were incredibly hard working and there was real team spirit in the department.

Cons

Unfortunately overall management is not great and largely white and male (despite the current CEO). HR may well as be non-existent and there were definite issues with diversity and inclusion that were not being addressed. Also, people have not been replaced after leaving and the people left are having to take on more and more work.
