Pros

Free lunch is the only pro I have to list.

Cons

Let's just say that I was texted by my Director about a task that needed to be completed on the WEEKEND PRIOR TO MY ORIENTATION DATE. That alone should say enough, but I have plenty more. They expect perfection from you on your 1st day. They will throw you dozens of side projects on your 1st week, with unrealistic deadlines, which gives you no time to learn your role. The worst management and training I have ever received. They literally hand you a manual and expect you to know your role once it's given to you. No clear vision and communications were horrible. It felt like I was walking on eggshells every single day and I dreaded coming to work after my first week due to the lack of respect I received from my Director on several occasions. If it wasn't for me relocating, I would have left after the first week, unquestionably. A lot of favoritism. If you were friends with the supervisor, then your job was pretty relaxed. But if you don't conform with a supervisor, let alone a "Director," who is immature and passive-aggressive, then you are on the “outs” of the group, and you will be pushed out one way or another.

Pros

Maybe the small free onsite medical clinic? Benefits are avg so this sure helps.

Cons

Stagnant career growth, unless you can suck up to the right people. Area is expensive and the pay doesn't always match, except that Florida doesn't have state taxes. Politically charged environment. Sr Mgmt/executives seems like they just walked into this super busy environment and mostly have either given up or are playing along. No employee mentoring. No processes set up and everyone is left to figure it out on their own. Hiring process can take months for a normal position. Some other reviewer said people are in line to apply at Arthrex-- that is because there is basically the ''big company'' of the area. So no, that doesn't speak about the company, rather it shows how crappy Naples economy is.

Pros

Weather in Naples. I have no other Pros

Cons

Free lunch: They put out 2 items in cafeteria with a small salad bar. And that's at the corp headquarters. Manuf is worse. So no, its not a perk, but they hype it like it rivals Google's cafeteria Politics: Way too political. Management has no spine, no perspective and no knowledge. There are a few good people there but mostly everyone is burdened under this extreme political culture. You will, however, survive if you get your nose brown enough No processes: Company has zero processes set up but they say they grew so fast so they couldn't do any processes-- seriously, that's their excuse.
