      Really great company with great products. They are constantly developing new products and novel techniques. Surgeons recognize this which helps a ton developing relationships.

      Cons

      Contracted (1099) employee so you pay for a lot expenses out of your own pocket.

      Private company, cutting edge work, freedom to create your own position, interesting subject matter, pretty normal coworkers.

      Cons

      Takes a long time to get certain things done. Lengthy chain-of-command issues sometimes prevents quote approval in a timely manner.
