Pros

Good in to Medical Device Sales, Arthrex trains their reps very well and is very strict about it. Corporate Arthrex is awesome and the values of the company are very admirable

Cons

The distributor out of the Quad Cities is very stingy with compensation and once you are full line rep, you pay for shipping trays and other amenities that most other jobs pick up for you. Employee retention is very low at this particular distributor.
