Cons

Management does not value employees. Many senior employees fired in last 6 months without apparent reason! Employed in a "Right to work state" so employee has no rights. Stay away from company!

If you want to be a drone this is the place for you, you will do exactly what your told or you will be gone. No room for ideas unless you agree with your boss, leave you brain at the door. Worst mistake of my career...

Free lunch, some good people, decent vacations. Free lunch. Five year vacation. Nice offices and some training. Holiday parties were good a few years ago.

Cons

Too much politics, favoritism, limited job growth, a lot of encouraged back stabbing, and limited trust in employees. Management thinks they know everything and in some cases this is the only place they have worked.
