I've worked here long enough to know that this company mostly treats its employees very well! The pay is lesser than similar jobs in the industry, but honestly its mostly a light workload job that doesn't cause me too much stress.

Cons

The lack of communication is frustrating at times, and I think that its something that should be addressed.

I worked here expecting growth and support, but the environment became mentally exhausting. The pace and pressure were intense, and concerns about burnout were not adequately addressed. While the company offers strong benefits and resources, the culture in my area lacked empathy and sustainability. This role significantly impacted my mental health, and I would not recommend it to someone who values work life balance
