      Get to work in great teams with a lot of experience who are always happy to help each other. Very competitive pay and benefits. Hybrid work.

      Cons

      Fully remote work is not available to most employees. Heavy AI push by upper management right now.

Collaboration across experienced teams is a big part of how we solve tough problems and grow capability. On remote work, we know preferences vary and we aim to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person connection. As for the AI focus, you’re right, it’s a major priority. We believe AI is core to our future and we’re moving fast to lead in that space, while making sure teams have the support to adapt.

      * Interesting Projects * Very smart colleagues * Good work/life balance * Fair compensation package * Lots of autonomy both on personal and team levels.

      Cons

      * Your experience will vary very much depending on the team * Things can feel a bit ad-hoc at times, and processes may lack consistency cross different Engineering teams.
