      Pros

      Most plants shut down on holidays. Willing to work with schedules and help provide proper days off. Offer lots of training opportunities. If willing to move great opportunities to grow within company.

      Cons

      Huge lack of communication. Express a safety culture but don't put the money into the right areas to prove it and make plants as safe as they can be.
